Sin Confections is all about making treats that look magical and taste sublime. Our small size lets us experiment and create custom edible art.

Sin Confections does not have a storefront. We operate out of our totally modern 1903 Carriage House in Bluff Park. We have organic gardens in both front and back yards. Much of our flavorings are sourced from them!
Orders and hours are by appointment. In the summer when it's really hot and chocolate likes to melt, we are often on vacation.
Our home kitchen is licensed by the City of Long Beach, CA, which permits us to sell to restaurants, retailers, and individuals. We are inspected by the City of Long Beach Health Department annually upon which our license is predicated.
Additionally, some confections are made in a commercial kitchen space.
We use a variety of different chocolates in making our confections. Different applications require different chocolates. All our chocolate comes from processors who ensure sustainably grown sources.
We do micro mini batches of bean to bar, check out our"Bean to Barista" line, made with cocoa and sugar not processed with bone char.
There's nothing more fun than coming up with new flavor combinations and trying them out on our taste testers. Many of the flavors come from ingredients that we have backyard sourced: fruits, herbs, spices and flowers. At Sin Confections we grow organically and fertilize with our homemade compost. Our plants eat well so you can too!
