Oh my. Beautiful and delicious. First, the shell is a caramelized white, which is a great contrast to the 72% bitter orange ganache inside. Also we fit a piece of candied orange rind in there as well.

This bar is an adventure. You'll get smooth caramel and then the crunch of roasted hazelnuts. Next the dark hazelnut gianduja that counters the caramel; and then the espresso hits you and lingers as the last note.

It's back. The first batch sold out in under 8 hours, so I figured I'd make it again.
This bar is a journey. It's tastes will unfold in your mouth one after another. We don't have enough room to describe it all, so please ask when you come in the shop.

Soft caramels hand dipped in 61% chocolate, and then studded with sea salt. We all want at least two of these. Maybe three. One to share and two for ourselves.

Humble to behold, heavenly to eat. Crispy slice of Fuyu persimmon dipped in dark (61%) chocolate. That is all, and that is enough.
These little bouquets are filled with a strawberry ginger ganache.
Seasonal flavor delivers in these slices of dried pears with caramel and maple-rosemary candied pecans all coated in dark (61%) chocolate.
Solid tree serves 20, made from a mix of 72%, 61% and carmelized white chocolates. Inside is filled with coated toasted puffed rice, candied orange rind and toasted almonds (in base). It weighs almost 2 pounds and stands about 10" high. It just fits in the case!
Made from Venezuelan chocolate, it is not too sweet. Use a serrated knife to cut this beauty apart at the end of your holiday celebration. Want to be really decadent? Get an assortment of bonbons to place around it as presents
