It's always fun to find a mold that relates to customers. One person that frequents the shop is Christine, who plays violin for the Pacific Symphony orchestra (among other things musical). These are filled with Meyer lemon ganache (her request).
A piece of peanut puff cereal is coated in caramelized sugar, then spun in the panner and coated with 61% dark and malt powder. Crispy Crunchy and not too sweet. Really good. I pack them up right away so I don't eat them all myself.

Somewhere coffee and tea met, dipped themselves in chocolate, and then rolled around in rose petals and orange. This tisane is all that and more. Just yummy. Comes as loose tea (12) or packaged in a gift tin with stainless steel strainer (20).
It's back. The first batch sold out in under 8 hours, so I figured I'd make it again.
This bar is a journey. It's tastes will unfold in your mouth one after another. We don't have enough room to describe it all, so please ask when you come in the shop.
