Inspired by the artwork of G. Darcy in his book Or et Couleurs that was printed in France in 1920.  These large eggs are made of 61% dark and are hollow.

Every bunny starts their day with a good breakfast, and you can too!  Large slice of toast filled with raspberry jam and peanut butter, topped with a pat of dark orange marmalade ganache.  There are two eggs with caramel yolks, and a big slice of bacon filled with dark chocolate caramel ganache with macadamia brittle. Sure to get you hoppin'.

61% dark egg cast from an antique mold.  Since St. Patrick's Day and Easter are often close together in the calendar, some mold manufactures combined the two themes in this mold.  The back is also highly decorative.
