Almost 5" across, this is a huge heart. Filled with Macadamia brittle ganache that is amazingly good, and coupled with a big layer of dark salt caramel, this heart is cast in 61% dark and white chocolate. The hand painting takes over two hours. Even cuter in person.

Doraemon is a Japanese cartoon character: a robotic cat with a secret pocket full of magic gadgets. He is filled with matcha ganache and strawberry jam.
This large scarab is filled with macadamia crunch ganache and bitter orange ganache.
This Pharoh is filled with a layer of bitter orange ganache that cuts the richness of the second layer, tahini ganache.
Dung beetles are tireless recyclers who help break down dung and reduce methane. Now we are not saying that that this version will help your gut biome, but they are very tasty! Filled with candied orange and pistachio, and ginger pistachio meltaway. Legs are not edible, but they are recyclable!

These huge dragons are filled with crispy puffed rice coated in meltaway chocolate and strawberry pop rocks.
One side filled with Raspberry compote, the other with a 73% dark chocolate raspberry meltaway.
The poppies are starting to bloom in the front yard. These celebrate their arrival, filled with lemon poppyseed ganache, the seeds from last year's blooms.
Think of a giant gum drop, made for adult tastes. Candied lemon with lavender from the garden, and cardamom. Really nice with a cheese board... or on their own.
