Growing up, I remember trips into my Grandparents basement. Most folks use the basement for storage, but at my grandparents house it was where they kept the alligators in the winter...

A single Cara Cara orange slice enrobed in 61% dark chocolate. Cara Cara oranges run sweeter than your typical naval, and we do not candy or sweeten these prior to drying. A crunchy sweet treat, these sold out surprizingly fast last year, so we are bringing them back again now that we can get the Cara Cara at the farmer's market.
Soft caramels hand dipped in 61% chocolate, and then studded with sea salt. We all want at least two of these. Maybe three. One to share and two for ourselves.
These double sided (think two candies in one) peanuts really look like peanuts. Filled with a crunchy peanut ganache on one side, and burnt caramel on the other, yummy oozy flavor in your mouth.
Everyone's fave. Dark chocolate shell filled with milk chocolate coffee ganache, gilded with a Kona bean.
