We will be closed the month of June, so we are going to get a jump on celebrating.   White chocolate shell, filled with three layers from liquid to firm: hazelnut praline (very liquid), burnt salt caramel with extra salt, and on the firmer side latte ganache.  There are a bunch of hazelnuts thrown in there for extra crunch.  Sadly, one of these broke coming out (of the mold), and I had to eat it.  I was very happy.  These are big.
