This large heart is based on the artwork Or et Couleurs by Georges Darcy (1849-1920). Taking over 2 hours to paint and with layers of multiple colors, we really pushed these hearts to the limit of what can be done with the cocoa butter paint. They are filled with three layers: hazelnut praline ganache and dark 73% ganache with a layer of feuilletine in between.

One of my favorite molds, and a headache to paint. Each is a little forest scene. Filled with one of my favorite ganache combos, raspberry pate de fruit and salty licorice ganache. So yumm.
Please do not buy this as it is my favorite flavor in the case right now.

Amaretto ganache with almond sliver. Contains alcohol.

Brandied fig, semi enrobed in white or dark. Yes, white. It is delicious. Contains alcohol.

Dung beetles are tireless recyclers who help break down dung and reduce methane. Now we are not saying that that this version will help your gut biome, but they are very tasty! Filled with candied orange and pistachio, and ginger pistachio meltaway. Legs are not edible, but they are recyclable!

Soft caramels hand dipped in 61% chocolate, and then studded with sea salt. We all want at least two of these. Maybe three. One to share and two for ourselves.

Somewhere coffee and tea met, dipped themselves in chocolate, and then rolled around in rose petals and orange. This tisane is all that and more. Just yummy. Comes as loose tea (12) or packaged in a gift tin with stainless steel strainer (20).
