Crawling with creepy spiders and sheltering a Mummy under its gills, this 7 inch piece weighs in at over half a pound of 62% dark Venezuelan chocolate. The spiders are lemon verbena chocolate, house made from verbena grown in the garden. Mummy is studded with habenero crystals.

This large Calavera is about 4" tall, made of 62% dark Venezuelan chocolate. It is filled with tiny Milagros: a bat made of raspberry chocolate (house made), three ghost coins, a lemon verbena spider (house made from verbena in the garden), and a mummie studded with habenero crystals.
Three pieces, coffin, lid and Skelly. The coffin is about 4" long and made of 72% dark Venezuelan chocolate. The Skelly is made of raspberry chocolate (house made).

Beyond amazing. I surprized myself on this bar. Pecans and cocoa nibs soaked for days in bacon flavored bourbon, then slow roasted. Bean to bar chocolate is filled with shards of maple syrup bourbon brittle, and studded with the salted maple bourbon pecans. This savory bar is about 66% dark and meant to be savored in the mouth, not wolfed down.
